The mechanical engineering division of KLEMENT, a.s. supplies complex production units for very specific and demanding technological processes. The projects range from energy industry to strip mines that benefit from KLEMENT’s extensive experience and know-how.

The company provides and maintains transport equipment and mining equipment in brown coal mines and refurbishes and repairs mining equipment including conveyor belt systems, bucket wheel excavators, wheel excavators and complex loading machines.

KLEMENT a.s. provides partial and complete deliveries for very specific energy industry projects including brow-coal power plants. The company is capable of constructing and supplying fully automatic production units for the management of coal burning byproducts including conversion to liquid additive granulate and its management.

KLEMENT provides full maintenance services of equipment including refurbishment of engines, transmissions, gear units, rollers (rubber-coated or ceramic), caterpillar chassis, machinery hydraulics, sheave blocks, replacement of cables, and etc. In addition to maintenance and refurbishment of conveyor belts, KLEMENT a.s. repairs conveyor belt drives, terminals or bucket conveyors. KLEMENT’s competitive advantage is its ability to execute complex “turn-key” contracts.
